So I got to thinking, what if we could serve others who want to be part of our client family, but aren’t sure they need us as much as other clients?   • One Hour of VA Service, On-Call: One hour of hands-on VA service and/or video strategy session(s) anytime during the calendar month, already pre-paid (expires on the last day of the month.)
  • Top Priority Status:  your projects/tasks are guaranteed to be prioritized for fast turnaround
  • Proactive Productivity Prompter: You’ll receive a personal email from Beth during the first week of the month to check on potential tasks or strategy sessions for the month
  • Discounted Hourly Rate: 10% off current VA 10-hour retainer hourly rate for up to four additional hours per month*
  • Invoice convenience: hours two through five (if needed) aren’t invoiced until the next month
  • Sponsor Status: You’ll be listed as an ongoing sponsor of our Strategies and Solutions Center, a live and on-demand collective of resources for overwhelmed professionals, for as long as your membership is active.
  • Give HOPE Fund Participation: a small portion of your package will automatically be deferred into our Give HOPE Fund to bless others

*This program utilizes our Executive Virtual Assistance team, headed by Beth Beutler, and focuses on general and executive administrative support tasks. Beth will be your contact, but reserves the option to receive assistance on certain tasks from her team.  This program is also intended to for those who have occasional or low-volume needs. It is also a great fit for those who want to get to know us for a period of time before considering a 10/20 hour package.
